Mike was Awesome and his guys did a great job in the most brutal of conditions. It was -27°C with a Windchill around -34°C.The extra help clearing the 2 foot deep snowdrift at our new home (to get access) was a blessing.Other companies may have said they would come back once WE had cleared the snow, but Mike and his guys jumped right in and the way was cleared within minutes.I'd recommend 2 Small Men with Big Hearts to anyone who is looking for a mover that truly does have a heart.Thanks again, Mike greatly appreciated!
To whom it may concern,I’m reaching out because I’m extremely disappointed with the service my partner and I received during our recent move.I wasn’t there in person for the move, but after hearing what happened and seeing the results, I’m honestly shocked. Two movers took nearly 12 hours, which is far beyond what we expected and far beyond what was quoted. The final price wasn’t even close to the estimate we were given. It was just for a two bed room apartment, one occupancy, and most was bags and boxes. Main ground lever to a house where the truck was back straight up to the house.On top of that, both of our beds ended up with grease on them — even though we bought bed bags directly from your team to avoid exactly this kind of damage. It’s completely unacceptable.The movers also placed a rolled floor mat down without unrolling it, and my girlfriend slipped on it and hurt herself. That should never happen on a professional job.Overall, the speed, care, and professionalism were nowhere near what we paid for or what was promised. I’m requesting that this be addressed immediately, including compensation for the damage and the discrepancy between the quote and the actual cost.I look forward to your response.
We had Mike and Lee for our move on Saturday, they were absolutely amazing. We have a baby and they were both friendly with her and got all of our belongings to our new house which is a hour away safely.The only reason I give 3 stars, is because of the booking process. I confirmed the accurate amount of belongings we had, they booked 2 guys and 1 truck. We definitely could have used another guy, and another truck. They were not able to get all of our belongings in the truck, so we (thankfully) had family who could help us the next day as the new owners took possession today but this caused quite a bit of stress. The booking agents also quoted 4-6 hours, it ended up taking closer to 9 hours. So beware of this when dealing with the booking agents, but the movers were fantastic!Thanks Mike and Lee!

Yesterday I had Jordan and Terry for a partial move. I needed my hutch and a few other things moved to my new place. Now this thing is HEAVY! The guys came in, assessed the “situation” and then got to work. They had it all wrapped up and ready to go in no time. These guys were awesome! Conversation was very easy with both of them…ranging from choice in music to shooting gophers! Lol. It made the idea of moving seem better and easier! So now I’ve requested them to finish my move at the end of the month! Thank you Jordan and Terry!
