Overall sentiment trends positive with repeat requests for specific crews.
Katie in the office was amazing in helping coordinate a last minute move of some furniture. Jordan and Cory who did the heavy lifting were absolute gentlemen, working effectively and efficiently, while being mindful of my disability and my family's needs. I'm requesting them for my next move this weekend.
I can't thank Two Men & a Truck for moving me. Ozzie, Arnulfo (Angel), Ary were a dynamic team. Ozzie has great leadership skills, and everything just came natural to them from what I could see of the work being done. They were fast, efficient and took care of my things. They made this move stress free for me. I hope in the future when I move, they will still be with the company because I will ask specifically for them. I definitely recommend this company and those 3 young men. P.S. Please be kind and tip all your helpers. This is hard work and they do it effortlessly, with smile and engaging conversation. Thank you :)
Rocco and Adrienne did a fantastic job with my move. They were timely, efficient, polite, and hard working. They knew what they were doing and took care of my things. I would recommend them and the company for future moves here in San Antonio, Texas.
I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck! They were recommended to me by 3 other people and I can see why. They showed up earlier than I expected and got straight to work. They took down 3 beds. They wrapped anything that could be damaged and took great care with everything (including my walls while moving big furniture). When we got to the new house they put the beds back together and put everything in its place so unpacking will be so much easier. AND they did it UNDER the estimated time frame. Book them and you won’t regret it!
The two men who moved (really just loaded a pod) my office were efficient and very polite and friendly. But they really should have been more attentive to what I asked and being up-front about what they could or could not do--listening is important! The big thing is that they decided they did not need to put the blankets around shelving that had boxes on the shelves. They decided they would just tie down the shelves & boxes. But what I did not know was that they did not start trying to tie things down until after everything was loaded. Then they could not figure out how to do that. Then they told me they did not know how to use rope to secure the items. (I had been told we could supply rope, bungees, or tie-down straps.) Had I known they did not know how to use rope or tie knots I would have asked for help before the end. Furthermore, one of them, in trying to tie down the shelves at the end after everything was loaded, was stepping all over the boxes on the floor, to include having his foot on the computer box. Not cool!I am just hoping that everything gets to the destination without falling off shelves.
