I had an excellent experience with Brandon and Raymond from 2 Men and a Truck. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of my belongings. They handled everything with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such a positive attitude the entire time.Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. They communicated clearly, stayed organized, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.If you’re looking for a reliable and hardworking team, I highly recommend Brandon and Raymond. Truly top-notch service!
Needed to move my entire apartment, not very far but lots of heavy, valuable, awkwardly shaped things and two sets of hard to navigate steps. Forest G and Tommy L showed up at 9 am and worked hard until 7pm and even help me pack/unpack. They took great care of our things and were awesome to work with. Jose was the guy in the office who called me right after I submitted for the quote and was super helpful, I felt at ease from the get go. Moving is stressful, but these guys made it so much easier!
We had such a positive experience from Two Men and a Truck. My partner and I needed to move out for a home renovation and the company packed and moved our items to our storage unit and then a second stop to unload essential items at our temporary housing. They were able to move our boxes, dissemble our beds, wrap all fragile items, etc. so efficiently. We had Brian, Grant, and Forest as our movers and they communicated when they had an ETA, walked us through the process, and were just overall so great. They were very courteous and professional and I will want to use them when we move back into our home in a few months! The pricing was very reasonable and they had all the packaging items/boxes for us to pack our stuff into ahead of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
WARNING!!!I would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, Google insists I provide a rating of at least one star. We used this company for a military move from Imperial Beach to Pensacola, and it was the worst decision we could have made. Moving across the country is already stressful enough…the only thing worse? Having your items show up at your new house completely destroyed. They were lazy, unprofessional, and showed zero respect for our belongings. Their “pack job” was virtually nonexistent. They failed to adequately wrap and pack multiple items including but not limited to:- Two 60” TVs- Marble Dining Table- Multiple Furniture Items: Buffett table, desk, dresser, floor lamp and our dining chairs all sustained significant damageDespite the obvious negligence, they refused to offer any compensation, a refund for their abhorrently expensive services or even an apology. They claim because they only “packed” the items they cannot be at fault for how the items arrived after the pod was moved… please see the attached pictures. These items were not damaged because of how the pod moved…they were damaged because the team on site that packed our belongings did a horrendous job. You can tell from the photos they didn't wrap the furniture, they just stuck it in the pod. Insane. Any reasonable person looking at these photos can make that determination that the damages are from their negligence. To top it off, they have lots of hidden fees and charge insane rates. This “move” cost over $2000 for these guys to “pack” a 3 bedroom house. I am shocked they have so many positive reviews. It is shameful to treat military families this way. Save your money and your sanity—hire someone else. Anyone else.
I had an outstanding experience with Two Men and a Truck. The movers who showed up were incredibly quick, efficient, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. There is no way I could have done this on my own—especially not in the amount of time they completed it. I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything went.On top of their efficiency, they were kind, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We even shared a few good laughs, which made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. I truly appreciated their professionalism and teamwork and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable, top-notch service.
