I had a very disappointing experience with Less Stress Moving. During my move, one of my pieces of furniture was damaged while in their care. Based on the way the damage occurred, it clearly appears it happened during the move, but the company refused to take any responsibility.What made the situation worse was their lack of follow-up. After I raised the issue and explained why the damage wasn’t visible until the furniture was placed in its final location, my follow-up email was simply ignored. There was no attempt to work toward a resolution or even acknowledge my concerns.Mistakes can happen during a move, but how a company responds says everything. Unfortunately, in this case, accountability and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend Less Stress Moving based on my experience.
Less Stress was really good to work with. The office folks were very responsive and friendly and the moving crew was great. They moved my stuff quick.They wrapped everything in moving blankets and plastic wrap and were careful and were also really friendly guys.I would most certainly recommend ??
I am very glad I went with these men!!For starters, the receptionist was very friendly, patient, and helpful. They gave me a quote that was $75 less than all the other moving companies I called. (I was moving a piano) They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently.Highly recommend these guys!
