Two men and a truck were simply fantastic, the individuals, from OJ booking the appointment on short notice to Solomon and Oritsejomi Ed the movers, were efficient and professional in every way. Would highly recommend this team!
I will never use this moving company again. They took longer than the estimated time. They were not efficient at all. The movers complained about the heavy things to be taken to the basement. It was as if it was their first moving job. They couldn't figure out how to get things upstairs or the treadmill downstairs. I appreciate them being careful but the time it took 3 movers to decide their plan of action was ridiculous. I sent a message the day after stating my concerns and the response was that 1) the packing was not complete at the first stop: I had all drawers empty, everything in boxes, treadmill and head board taken apart. 2) It was a long distance from the truck to the houses: They pulled right up to the garage at the first place and pulled up the driveway to the second place. You could not possibly get any closer except if you drove inside. 3) They stated it appeared I was down sizing so it was difficult to get everything in and things had to even be left outside: I could be moving from a mansion to a shed, their job is to get the contents from one place to another. The things left outside were bikes and patio furniture that belong outdoors.Due to customer satisfaction being important to them, they gave a discount of $100 after charging me just over $1700. I moved 2 years ago with another company and only 2 men were doing the move. They did it in less time and for HALF the cost. Do not recommend.
They were very professional and good at what they were doing! They were so careful to not bump any walls that were freshly painted white. They also had all the right equipment to make their job as easy and efficient as possible. In addition they were so quick, I was the one falling behind in directing them where to put things! I would absolutely go with them again.
After storing my furniture with Two Men and a Truck, I have now moved into my new place.Once again the service provided was exceptionally. I believe the personality of the movers makes the experience memorable as well as their efficiency. You have an excellent hiring system.I want to end with my kudos to the office staff. Quick to respond to questions, always kept me informed of what was going to occur and again were very personable.All round an excellent experience.
