10/10 experience!Very clear communication and instructions prior to our move which really helped with the stress of moving.They arrived and loaded everything up smoothly, and the unloading was just as easy! They asked multiple times throughout where they should put our furniture pieces, and the room we filled with boxes was laid out in rows so we can access them easily for unpacking.They took care with all our items; everything arrived in perfect condition.Finished the local one bedroom apartment move in under 4 hours which was just under their estimate!The best customer service:We asked them if they could try to be quiet near the room where our cat was hiding out and they did ??
This is the third time we’ve used Adam’s Movers and they continue to be outstanding. Based on our experience my best friend and one of our former neighbors will both be using Adam’s next month. I have used Adam's Moving Service twice and they were fantastic. I have used other moving companies before and Adam's is vastly superior. I had an amazing experience with Adam’s moving! Getting a quote was very easy and I appreciated receiving check-ins as we got closer to moving day.Zeek and Shawn were awesome. They were kind, courteous, and treated my belongings with care. They were also very efficient and had me all moved in to my new space in only 3 hours.Moving is incredibly stressful and Adam’s moving made it super easy and stress free. We had an excellent experience moving from First Hill to Capitol Hill this past Saturday (1/17). Alex, Caleb, and Brandon arrived early, ready to work, and were incredibly prompt, courteous, and careful with our belongings throughout the move. When our couch turned out to be too large for our new space, they were able to take it back at the last minute without any hassle, which we truly appreciated. Their flexibility made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, Adams provided outstanding service and was also the most reasonably priced option we found. 10/10 highly recommend, and if we ever need movers again, we’ll call Adam’s first.
