Had a great experience with Affordable Moving. I hired them to help me move an Island from my garage to another house's basement. They showed up early and stayed positive through what turned out to be a very heavy, difficult move. The team was great and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend them.
Face it, moving isn't easy, especially for a couple of new senior citizens leaving a place where they've lived for 24 years to a new city in a new state. From the first phone inquiry to the final item coming off the truck, this move was a positive experience. Friendly and efficient service, together with clear directions for us, and timely answers to all our questions really allowed the process to move smoothly. Due to our schedule, loading and hauling happened the day before we closed, with secure overnight storage provided. After we closed on our sale in the morning and drove four hours to close on our purchase on the next day, we were greeted by the same friendly faces to unload. Our beds were assembled, and all furniture was placed in their designated rooms, through doorways and corners that would have been impossible for us to do on our own. Thank you, Affordable Moving and Packing! Job well done! Highly recommend!
