Great team, did an excellent job moving my things. The team was very professional, friendly, and great to work with. I've had some horrible experiences with movers in the past that left me with a lot of hesitation over hiring someone again. Tthese guys restored my faith that there are good movers out there.

Everyone was incredibly kind. The gal who answered the phone was professional and kind. I received super friendly updates concerning the movers’s ETA. I met a very nice gentleman who was not the mover. He was just checking in. They kept me totally informed along the way. Both of the guys moving my stuff were professional, helpful, and generally great. Their price was hard to beat. The move could not have gone better. Thank you so much.!

Malcolm and Mason did an outstanding job with the move-in. They went above and beyond, remained friendly, helpful, and strong throughout, and maintained a positive attitude from start to finish.
That said, the two movers who initially came to remove everything for the flooring work were a mixed experience. One performed very well, but the other was extremely careless. He tossed one power cord for my $10,000 electric sofa into the bathroom and threw the other out onto the deck. It rained during that time, and we didn’t reconnect the sofa until the next day after the floors were finished. We couldn’t find one cord at first, but later discovered it outside, soaked from the rain. We dried it off as best we could, and Malcolm and Mason reattached it during the move-back-in. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize at the time that the exposure had damaged it—the motor in the very expensive sofa burned out as a result.
I’m now facing the costly and frustrating process of purchasing a replacement motor and hiring someone to install it. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed and upset about the whole situation.

My father's dementia has been progressing to the point that we needed to move him from an assisted care unit to the Memory Care unit at Touchmark. The two units are literally at OPPOSITE ends of the building, and a floor apart, and the elevators at Touchmark are the slowest I have EVER experienced, for the safety of residents that often have issues with ambulation and/or balance. So imagine, if you will, trying to accomplish a COMPLETE MOVE of a 400 ft² apartment in ONE DAY, that you are REQUIRED to accomplish IN ONE DAY. You start at 0800 and end when you are done unpacking the resident, because he has to be able to SLEEP in the apartment he has been moved to, and you may not begin to move him until he wakes up (he has dementia, remember), but then you need to DOUBLE TIME THE MOVE, so that he can go to bed in a NEW, FULLY FURNISHED APARTMENT, that is COMPLETELY UNPACKED and redecorated. Knowing the WONDERFUL service I had gotten in October when I had to move my father's 600 pounds of curio cabinets from Minnesota to his apartment, I again called Two Men and a Truck. This time Caleb and Dustin appeared at 0745 on moving day, and WORKED, NON-STOP, smiling and not complaining, despite the heat and horribly slow elevators, locked doors, and maze-like hallways. Incredibly, with only the two of them, my husband and myself, we got my father packed and moved, then unpacked and completely set up in less than 8 hours! Because Caleb and Dustin were so efficient and hard-working, we even had time to go out and get a shower curtain and hangers for the new place, get the old place CLEANED UP so we could get final pictures for the security deposit, and get the cable, phone and Wi-Fi disconnected from the old place and set up in the new place, all before my Dad went to dinner at 5 p.m. I'M SO VERY GRATEFUL, GENTLEMEN!!!! You are a credit to your organization!!!

Misty Kolbrek on Two Men and a Truck Moving

So our business move was a little chaotic to say the least. We had stuff moving to 3 different locations. The team that was sent to us was absolutely amazing. Rob, Rylee, Mike, Caleb, Rabbit, and Blake were the best crew we could have asked for. Not only were they hard working and rolled with the punches of our chaos the were all so personable and and easy to work with. 10 star rating from me and will recommend and utilize your services again if I need a moving company again.
Thanks again guys,
Misty and the rest of the Sioux Falls Golf Team.
