These guy were excellent. They got here on time, very courteous and knowledgeable, and they did the move in great time. They took care of my possessions and placed them where I asked in my new place. If you are looking for excellent movers who respect your time and possessions, ask for Malik and Byron.
AJ and Maleek did a fantastic job with my grandmothers move! They took their time making sure everything was wrapped up that needed to be! Nothing was damaged in the move and they were so nice and efficient that it felt like they truly care about what they do! Thank you amd thank them for making it happen so smoothly!!!
Keep away if you can! First off I was insulted by this company not once, but twice! Initially at the time of the move, but when I called inquiring about the amount that I was offered due to the damage of my items! If you ever call and talk to Ace, just hang up. He was rude and condescending. He told me that “you can read what you are signing”. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me that there was no one to negotiate. I was not asking for that! I wanted to report his tone and his response. This was my first time using a moving company and was hoping that this company would have worked out, but it seems to me that they can be condescending to their customers! You get what you pay for!
