Moved across the province, spending thousands of dollars. The company lost a crib and smoker - and refused to reimburse the full amount upfront. Stated ‘as per policy’ the will only pay half the claimed cost upfront and will reimburse after providing a receipt. They also ripped apart a table resulting in it being irreparable, and did not fully disassemble the base to another table which lead to damages. No consideration for the money we just spent to move using this service, expecting we just have another thousand plus dollars to replace the LARGE smoker that disappeared. Brenda O, the claims examiner we had to deal with was rude, and dismissive. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed in this service and would not recommend. This company does not care about you or your belongings, only your dollars.
Great experience with Steve and the Armstrong team, they made our move a lot simpler. Steve asked all of the questions and gave us a quote quickly. He answered all of my questions, and their drivers took great care of our items. They loaded quickly and carefully, were very professional and helpful. Pricing was great too. There’s a reason these guys have been around so long! Thanks again guys
Steven and Justin did an amazing job of delivering a washer and a fridge. They went above and beyond to make sure no damage was done and were very efficient! Job done in 15 minutes with no scratches to washer or fridge. Best moving company I’ve ever used.
My 92 year old mother has been without a fridge for over 4 weeks. After 2 calls they finally located the fridge on their dock (which the vendor said had shipped weeks prior) so it was sitting on the dock. After two requests for a dock search it miraculous showed up the next morning damaged. When the vendor offered to have another one sent out immediately, delivery was once again post-poned over and over. Still no fridge, no answers and no one offering to rectify the delivery situation. Very unhappy with both the vendor and this company that they use for delivery. Do better
I hate to leave poor reviews but after getting the go around with 0 accountability I have no other choice now. Their delivery team broke my storm door during an appliance delivery. They removed both exterior doors without my consent, re-installed incorrectly and the door completely fell off a couple of days later after 0 use! The company refuses to pay for or fix the door. Photo attached of completely bent hinges after the storm door completely broke off. Gave me three different excuses which all don’t line up with the true sequence of events… including that they didn’t even remove the door (which they did)! I now do not have a rear storm door because of them. Will not use this company again in the future and do not recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed.
