UPDATE UPDATE: Please never ever leave your door cracked open a little being a female and hard of hearing I had a tall husky male dressed in dark hood with black beard dark clothing as I was waiting for a psw the same male intelcom driver walked right into my apartment and I had just stood up. He walked in twice a female older alone hard of hearing the intelcom driver just walked into my apartment twice. Second time while was on hold with intelcom making a complaint in regards to the first time. He walked in again while I was on hold while the rep created the complaint for the first time. I had questions in regards to drug use as wasn't too with it and didn't say a word. Was staring all over.It seems that since have been documenting the names if the driver's who don't even bother to try to call you or buzz you all the information is there as other drivers have done it, it seems that intelcom which now seems to renaming themselves to dragonfly no doubt to try to get a long way aways that their drivers have given them by half the job not doing the job or as once happened to me the guy was late I called he told the rep on phone he was there this morning he was not as I was downstairs waiting then said will be there soon them as 4 hours went by it said delivered which I couldn't find and the rep in the phone thought was weird they are supposed to take a Pic of the delivery spot but was none. Came to conclusion was stolen by the driver was nowhere and then 3 days later another driver delivered it. Intelcom come is a scam. They take the money from custo.ers on online stores to deliver and they do not deliver it. They take that money add to their profit but now name change no doubt is to try to outrun the scamming reputation they have as intelcom. The drivers continue one driver was delivering me a package around 1:39 then another package that was out for delivery same time said attempted delivery. Same guy as today. How can you attempt delivery when AR that time a driver is delivering me a package. Even with the plain outright evidence attempted delivery was a scam the office still does 0 about it and consumers suffer. Another scam today saying attempted delivery I was home. Waiting fir the delivery. I Telcom Co.pany is a scammer business and don't have a care about the customers waiting at all. Even can tell the office reps don't want to be there making excuses in the tons for the driver's who are caught scamming and not even attempting delivery. Why is this company still around. Maybe because are ualf owned by canada post and know they get awY with even more with no accountability. If I didn't have to use a power chair and trying to go out anywhere on transit is extremely difficult I would have picked it up at the store but I am not able to get there. Never answered a complaint with intelcom on bbb so I made a consumer complaint on ontario.ca the regulatory hopefully can have the power to either make them start to do their job or do something with them. Just a name change, dragonfly, to get away from the disgusting and horrible things the driver's have done delivering won't fly. There has to be an end sometime. If I could give 0 stars I would so I give 1 strings one for this company.
Terrible. You never know where they’ll leave your package, IF it’s even your package. They drop and run all the time with no care.Just tonight I watched a driver throw my package and flat out deny it to my face. Two weeks ago had another driver throw my package (vid attached). Customer service could care less, filed a complaint online and with both request a call from a manager. Did I get one? Nope. They were terrible before as Intelcom, a name change doesn’t fix their terrible service.
Nirbhai The delivery guy was very polite and friendly. Delivered the package and left it safely where I could find it. Tapped on the window to let me know he had dropped it off. Very nicely done.
