They are not only kind, considerate & great attitudes but went out of their way to go above and beyond with tasks to assist me in getting my Mom situated in her new apt. New Move Transportation is top notch! Hands down the best moving experience I have had by far. Whole house and Garage in one trip from TBay to a tiny town hours away and they even worked around my schedule and waited to do a late unload when I was off work!Everything was meticulously and professionally wrapped and cared for. Blankets with bands and even wooden tv boxes rather than questionable cardboard cartons ensured that absolutely nothing was damaged, even my ratty questionable particle board cupboards made the move lol. Plus they do tote rentals which is awesome, beats having a ton of leftover cardboard or miles of totes myself to try and re-sell or store. Huge shoutout to Chad and Dusty for the great conversations, rolling out mats to protect this pain if a whole carpeted house, the later delivery, putting my table and bed together for me and the continued move in even when the power went out and I had no lights for you guys! You still pushed through using cell flashlights and I really appreciated it lol. Truly look forward to using New Move Transportation for all my future adventures! Wonderful bunch of guys, polite, quick careful with my belongings. Cautious with my home, taking time to make sure floors are protected and shrink wrapped my sectional and bagged my mattresses.I haven't moved in years and this was an amazing experience!
