We moved from downtown core to the east end of Toronto. Shark Movers were communicative throughout, from pre move emails to a "on our way" text day of. They arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. Shawn and Shushant were nice and professional, and treated our items with care. We had a bed that needed disassembly and reassembly and they put it together perfectly.
We are still unpacking but will update when I can ensure all items were delivered with no damage (so far so good!).

Our movers were Shawn, Sait and Ray, they arrived right on time. These guys are extremely hardworking. They worked nonstop for 8 hours in snowy weather, only taking a quick 5-minute break after 3 hours, we actually had to encourage them to rest and even bought them pizza. Shawn did an excellent job as the lead mover. He managed and controlled the entire moving process smoothly. If you’re booking a move, I highly recommend asking for him. One important thing to note is that this company is very careful and thorough with furniture wrapping. It may take a few extra minutes, but in the end, nothing was scratched or broken—it’s absolutely worth it.
We had some complicated items, including beds and a bunk bed, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Sait was also a great driver and managed parking perfectly despite the snowy conditions. If you want a smooth move with no headaches, book these guys. Highly recommended.
