We experienced a challenging start to our moving day due to timing issues. However, once crew members Arpit and Ashpinder arrived, they really made a difference. They were both friendly and attentive, taking great care with our furniture and boxes. Overall, their professionalism helped turn our day around.
Got our move done with LGM beginning of November. Everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and my items were treated with care. No damage, no lost items. The team is proactive and it’s really great to see a company who actually cares about their customers. From beginning to end they want to be sure you are happy. The trucks are in good condition. The staff are knowledgeable and are they are the moving experts. Will I use them again, absolutely yes. Will I recommend them, yes. Biggest thing I can recommend: hire the 3rd mover. It WILL save you time & money.
