I had an international move on the schedule for a while. The initial provider kept making promises and delaying the official quote (massive red flag) so much so that I had to find a new provider. Problem was I let that red flag fly a little too long hoping he would finally come through. My real estate agent highly recommended Jamie and his crew. It was super short notice. My boxes were already labeled, packed and stacked ready for pick up. Very little furniture was included. I needed local pick up & storage and help getting an international company to take it from there.

Jamie arranged an emergency pickup within a few days, showed up exactly when promised and handled the loading quickly and carefully. Although international moves are not their specialty, Jamie was ready to help and not leave me hanging. We worked together to track down a solid overseas mover, and once that piece was locked in, Jamie relayed the paperwork and stayed in touch with me all the way until the container finally sailed out of Tacoma. Tacoma is going to Tacoma so delays are to be expected but that's a port logistics issue.

Given how close this came to falling apart, I’m genuinely grateful for how responsive, professional and proactive Magik Relocation was. Jamie handled his part very professionally and went above and beyond while my anxiety ran high and I had no room for error. I would absolutely use this company again when I come back this way. In the meantime, I highly recommend Jamie and his crew.

We were just moved by them and although everything leading up to the move went great and they were really nice people (they helped us with some packing and I received a lot of support in dealing with my new landlord), moving day became a bit of a mess. They unloaded all of our items/boxes into our new place before unloading furniture so it was really challenging for them to get the furniture into the places we needed them after those areas were piled with boxes, including the shelving in the garage that were needed to place all the garage items. So they ended up leaving lots of our things out on the grass in the rain while trying to get furniture and shelving into places, and they struggled to put some of our shelves back together that they on took apart for the move (which | thought it would probably be easiest to just move it in one piece - they weren't heavy). So they rushed through it/didn't even get all of our shelving together or in the right places in the garage to put our garage items away so our garage was literally full from top to bottom without any space to walk and even had boxes in it that were supposed to go into the house, that included some medications. And some things broke during the move (a few totes, some glassware, the bottom of a dresser - hopefully nothing else but haven’t unpacked everything yet; and I wrapped all glass VERY well for the move and wrote “fragile” on any box that had glass items in it). And a few walls were chipped in our new place during the move. It was honestly a complete disaster on moving day. It took us about a week to try to recover from the mess and figure out where everything was throughout our house that I was told would all be placed into the correct rooms listed on the boxes. Magik Relocation - I would highly advise that in the future, UNLOAD THE TRUCK WITH THE FURNITURE AND SHELVES FIRST. Especially on a rainy day.

We were so happy with the moving services at Magik Relocation! We had to move my mother in law out of her house that she had lived in for 25 years and we couldn’t get to her ourselves. Her house is hard to access for a large moving truck and she has many fragile valuables and books. Jamie and Richard were so kind and accommodating and they made sure to take the time to plan out the move and brainstorm how to get it all done with very limited time available. They took great care with her things and they were so responsive and great with their communication. We had to reschedule the move several times due to unexpected health issues and they were always so kind about it and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend using them!

Ok, unexpectedly I was given 60 days to relocate. I had never used movers before, I had always just done it myself BUT now that Im older, its harder to move around, lift and carry so I decided to use a moving service. My realtor gave me the name of Magik Relocation services, so I called them.
Richard came out and did a walk through of my house with me, and gave me a quote. It was far less than I had expected it to be so I was really pleased about that!
We set a date for the move - and then the house I was moving to fell apart and I had to pivot. I contacted Richard and he was wonderful, and rescheduled the move for me! He had other contracts but made it work so I could still move in the time frame I needed!!
He sent me a couple of reminders as to the date and time of the move (which was great because with everything going on I was losing track of the days!!)
On the morning of the move, 3 absolutely WONDERUL fellows showed up at my door, came in and started packing and prepping my stuff. I honestly cannot believe how efficient and fast they were! They were very careful with my belongings and packed everything neatly. Within a couple of hours they were done packing and prepping and said they would be back the next day to load the truck and move my stuff. They even took my freezer and washer/dryer set to my daughters house for me as a separate move, within my move!
The next day they showed up bright and early and started loading my stuff into the truck. About an hour later they were ready to take it all to my new place. They unloaded in record time. They put all my furniture together and put everything where I wanted it, stacking the boxes so I could get at them easily in each room and leaving pathways for me to walk.
I cannot say enough GOOD about this company!! They were fast, efficient AND came in UNDER the estimated price!! They were friendly and careful with all my belongings!
If youre looking for a full service moving company THIS is the one you want!! If I could give them 20 stars I would!!

We haven’t used a relocation company before and it was stressful trying to figure out quotes and details. Charity was nice enough to visit us to assess our needs. She was very professional and kind in walking us through the process and even giving us some packing advises to save on moving costs.
On the moving day the crew showed up on time and they were fast and gentle with our furniture. The estimate Charity provided us was spot on and the overall process was smooth. It is not easy nowadays to find business that is competent, honest and really care about providing good service with a reasonable price.
