These guys were awesome. Showed up on time, worked fast, and were super careful with our frgile stuff. They proactively communicated the whole way through, made sure not to ding cornes or walls, and were just real nice and easy to work with. You could tell the crew cared about doing a good job. Movers Great, Company Shady
While the moving crew performed their duties professionally, my overall experience with this company has been unacceptable due to a serious failure to resolve an insurance claim.
During the move, the movers caused significant damage to a high-end refrigerator. At the time of service, the company represented that they were insured and that any damage would be addressed promptly through their claims process. Despite these assurances, it has now been nearly 100 days (they promised resolution in 30) since the incident, and the matter remains unresolved. Worse, the person responsible for moving the claim forward (the owner’s mother Anna) has been completely unresponsive.
I have made multiple attempts to obtain updates, documentation, and a clear timeline for reimbursement, but the company has not provided meaningful communication or taken substantive action to remedy the loss. This prolonged delay appears inconsistent with reasonable industry standards for insured carriers and raises concerns about the company’s compliance with its stated obligations.
Although the moving staff themselves were courteous and efficient, the company’s failure to honor its own insurance representations has resulted in financial harm and a substantial breach of trust. Until they demonstrate the ability to properly process and resolve claims, I cannot recommend their services.

This is not a legitimate company — it is a scam operation run by Chris and Anna. They are outright thieves who take your money, never provide the services promised, and never return a single dollar. They refuse to answer calls, deliberately screen and ignore messages, and completely disregard emails. They hide, avoid accountability, and show zero professionalism or integrity.

Chris and Anna knowingly prey on people, making false promises and then vanishing once they have your money. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and operate with absolutely no transparency. This is not just poor service — it is outright fraud.

?? Do not be fooled. Do not trust them. Do not give them your time, your business, or your money. Miracle Man Services is nothing but a scam, and Chris and Anna are con artists.

These guys moved a sectional sofa from my mother's townhouse to my house. My mom was the only person home and supervised both ends of the move. She gave each man a $20 tip at the end, which they cheerfully accepted.

However, it turns out that on their last trip upstairs, these men ripped her sitting room door off. They tore the screws right out of the wood, stripping the holes, and chipped paint off the door. She did not come upstairs with them on that final trip to get the last piece of the sofa. She followed them to my house immediately afterward, so she did not discover the damaged door until later.

There is no way the movers did not know they had ripped her door off. They chose not to mention it or offer to fix it. They enthusiastically accepted tips from her afterward, knowing they'd damaged her property and left dangerous, sharp screws sticking out.

When I complained and sent photos of the damage to Miracle Man, the response from the company was to send me claims forms for their insurance company that I am supposed to fill out and submit. I am not the insured. They are. I didn't choose this insurance. They did. The correct response would be to reimburse me for the repair and then file their own claim with their own insurance. Instead, they want me to be their secretary and shoulder the risk that their insurance is slow or poor.

I'm giving 2 stars because they did move the sofa without damaging it. No more stars because they tore off a door, hid the damage, accepted tips, and then did very little to make it right.
