Home Run Movers helped us more recently and it was a really great experience. First, the booking was really easy and they did a thorough job going over everything we have so that the team was prepared on move day. The team was courteous, thoughtful and moved our items safely and in a timely fashion. The prices were also very reasonable. I was worried about my plants and art pieces, but all items arrived at the new place intact.

I would 100% recommend them and would use their service again when I move next.

Ty and his team were amazing! They made an incredibly stressful day much better. Communication was good. We did an initial video estimate and then the week of the move Ty came personally to see where things were at to ensure he had what was needed to be ready for moving day. They showed up on time. Their system was well executed, and they had us loaded very quickly. Igor, Manny, Daniel, Paul and Christian were very friendly, and professional, and took extra care with our fragile items. They moved some extremely heavy plants from our rooftop deck to the new place with just as much care as our fragile items and antiques. Ty was there for the loading as well, to ensure we had everything we needed.

At the new place the unload went just as seamlessly and when the truck was empty they even took the time to ask if there was anything we wanted help putting together, and if we wanted them to move anything into a particular spot while they were still there. We did ask them to move a couple of the heavier items which they did happily. E-transfer payment was quick and simple. They are definitely competitive price wise, if not a bit better value than some of the larger companies and way better service. All around great team, great people, and i would definitely recommend them.

You are always concerned about finding movers during the holiday season but they were able to make it happen. Jessica was very accommodating and responsive. The team was on-time, professional, and careful with our valuables. From the intake and pre-move planning, to the day of the move, Home Run Movers was proactively making sure our move went smoothly and speedily. They were super quick on the day of the move and we were able to move a 3 bedroom house in around 4 hours.

Very disappointing experience — careless and unaccountable

I hired Home Run Movers expecting a smooth, professional move, but unfortunately, it was far from that. They took much longer than what they originally quoted, and by the end of the day, I was already frustrated. To make things worse, one of my furniture pieces was broken, and they even damaged my wall during the move.

When I brought it up, instead of taking responsibility or even offering a partial refund or discount, they denied everything and tried to brush it off. It’s clear they just wanted to avoid any accountability.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel people should know what they’re getting into before hiring them. Be very careful — take pictures before and after your move and make sure everything is documented, because if anything goes wrong, they won’t make it right.
