We hired A Friendly and Affordable Mover to take a shipment from Virginia Beach to Massachusetts this weekend. The whole process was easy and communication with Hannah in the office was flawless. Jack, Kiernan and Nate handled everything with care. The unloading in MA in the cold was also fast and flawless. I had a great experience with this company. Hannah provided great customer service and was very understanding and helpful when I had to change the date for my move. Jack, Stef, and Shawn did a great job moving all my items. They were quick and very efficient. They went above and beyond and even tightened up legs that were loose on my chairs! Moving can be very stressful, but these guys came in and got the job done with no issue. I appreciate the great service and I will be recommending this company to others. Keep up the good work guys!!

I've moved many times- sometimes with help and sometimes without. This move was a big one. They wanted to come out and see the house to give me a quote. I originally didn't love that, but felt so much more confident that the quote would stay true. Needed additional help as we got closer to moving day. This company had exceptional communication! Made no issues with me making changes. Sent two trucks and six men, all of which were polite, helpful, dedicated, and there to get the job done! If you are hesitant to hire professionals- DON'T BE. They are worth every penny. I can't imagine what it would have been like without them. Life savers! Great people. Highly recommend!
