The movers did a good job. They were on time and nice. With this being an hourly service, however, I do wish they have been more mindful of time. They started off, going kind of slow for three people in my opinion, and once they were asked to speed it up, it was very rushed in the end and things did not get placed in rooms that it should have in the second house. They did not have to do any breaking down. Everything was ready for them to move, but I felt like it took too long, especially for the hourly price.
Movers were fast, professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable. I originally had some administrative issues but it sounds like thats the exception and not the norm. Would absolutely hire again !
I had a fantastic moving experience with STAR movers! Harrison and Rello took extra care in wrapping up my furniture and treating it with care during the whole process. They both worked quickly and efficiently, even in the crazy heat we had. The whole process was easy and they were very transparent with pricing. Definitely would recommend to a friend and would use again in the future!
The movers did a great job, showing up right on time, working efficiently, and managing a pretty huge move in impressive time. They also did a great job of navigating some difficult layouts without damaging the house or the items. They did an excellent job, were highly professional and hard-working, and showed great experience and skill. The company was also highly responsive, easy to work with, very reasonably priced, and communicative at every step. We definitely recommend them!
Starmovers moved two pianos for me from inside the house down 7 steps into the climate controlled garage. One piano was very heavy. Would recommend their services and call on their services again.
