These guys were probably the best movers I've had, and I've had a lot of movers being prior military.They were really good at keeping to the original estimated price to stay within my budget which I greatly appreciated. Very respectful and polite and took good care of my items. they worked nonstop and efficiently which really impressed me. I dont have a single bad thing to say about them. Would definitely hire again!
From setup to scheduling move, everyone was very helpful and patient. The movers called and let us know they were on their way. They arrived promptly, introduced themselves and asked us to show them what we needed moved. These three gentlemen were professional, skilled and respectful. They had the truck packed and ready to go in no time. It took them only one trip. They unpacked and setup our bed . As seniors we are thankful for their attention to detail and the care they gave to every piece especially our antique pieces! These gentlemen worked well together. I manage a senior community and we needed help moving some belongings for our resident. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Two Men and a Truck. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and organized. Scheduling was easy, and they clearly explained the process so there were no surprises on moving day.The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of the belongings with great care. Quan and Cornelius were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond.I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy movers!
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck.During my move, the crew pulled my dresser away from the wall without using a dolly or having a second person assist. As a result, they broke the dresser. When they showed it to me, they immediately claimed that it had already been broken and previously glued back together — which is completely untrue. The dresser had never been broken before. They are now trying to say the glue and screws show it was previously repaired, which is false. The damage happened during their handling.They then had me sign a form, telling me I was just acknowledging that they took photos and were starting a damage claim. I later realized the form was not what they represented it to be. I feel I was misled into signing something under false pretenses.In addition to the dresser, they dented my washer during transport and caused frame damage. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they repeatedly punched the washer in an attempt to push the dent out. They are now refusing to repair or properly fix that damage.The problems did not stop there. They removed doors from their hinges and failed to reinstall them properly. Some doors now will not go back on the hinges at all, and others were damaged during removal. They also scratched multiple walls throughout the home.Overall, this experience was careless, unprofessional, and handled dishonestly when it came to accepting responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.
I have used Two Men and a Truck a couple of times, most recently this last weekend. They have always been fast, efficient and respectful. Last weekend was by far our best crew that we have had (thank you Donovan and RJ)! We moved in record time and even moved some items I had forgotten about. I would always recommend them for your next move!
