It's been a terrible experience, the customer service em was extremely rude, they will upcharge you and tell you the price you were charged was an estimate. The movers were lazy, they hardly packed, we even gave them extra money to take the rest of our stuff but they still take everything. I expected more professionalism and care for the price I paid. Stay away from this company. Trying to save pennies will cost you way more in the end. I wouldn't recommend Best Long Distance Moving to my worst enemy!
I recently packed up and moved all the way to Colorado Springs. The customer service and knowledge from the team was incredible. None of my items were damaged and every process of this was seamless. It sucks to leave home but happy that the transition was smooth thanks to these workers!
