We recently used this company to move a piano from the seller’s home to ours, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Despite the piano being incredibly heavy, the three-person team — Gill, Kuldeep, and Muhmad — handled it with professionalism and care.They took great precautions to protect our floors, walls, and the piano itself, using padded blankets and dollies, and they clearly came prepared with all the necessary equipment. They were responsive to texts, arrived right on time, and worked efficiently throughout the move.They even sent a follow-up text the following day to ensure that I was happy with my experience. I now completely understand why they came so highly recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Ancient Movers made my recent move from Windsor to Mississauga (2-bedroom apartment to 2-bedroom apartment) far easier than I expected—especially as a first-time customer using movers. They were affordable, communicative throughout the process, and very professional.Two movers arrived right on time for loading. We had everything already disassembled and packed in boxes, and Mandip and Manjot did an excellent job stacking and organizing everything in the truck. They handled our furniture with care and made sure items stayed intact and protected.Partway through, Manjot became sick and couldn’t continue, and Gill joined for the drive and unloading. In Mississauga, Gill and Mandip were efficient, friendly, and respectful. They placed everything exactly where we requested and worked steadily without wasting time. Nothing was damaged, and the overall experience felt smooth and well-managed.One improvement I’d suggest: I was a bit uncomfortable being asked for the remaining fee about an hour before unloading. I would normally expect to pay at the end once the job is fully completed. That said, the team seemed honest and professional, and I appreciated receiving the invoice via email - so I paid during the unloading. It would be helpful if the company also sent an invoice/confirmation email as soon as the initial deposit is received.Experience can vary depending on the crew you get, so I specifically recommend Mandip, Manjot, and Gill. Their English may not be perfect, but they clearly know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely recommend Ancient Movers to friends and would hire them again.
